"Hello!" Chris said very cheerily.
"Hi!" I said back, trying to match his enthusiasm.
"Finally. Maybe he'll stop being so obnoxious now that someone is as hyper as him. " I laughed at Justin's comment.
"I don't know. Until she kicks us out," Mallory answered. "When are you gonna leave to do concerts and stuff?"
"In a few weeks." At that moment, the waitress came and gave us the bill, said a few words, and left. Justin watched her walk away.
"Justin, what is up with you and older women?"
"She's not older!"
"Oh, yeah, you wish."
"Well, not that much older." Jen and Mallory were cracking up. They were remembering somethingI was remembering it too
"What's so funny?" Andrew asked, ready to take offense for anything the other guy said.
"Drew, I know you like older women, but please don't hit on my mom." All eight of us started cracking up, not including my brother. He was standing there, turning white
"It's not that funny," Joey said.
"It'sit's not thatit's"
"What?" JC asked. Mallory looked at me, about to tell them about the incident at the mall, but when she saw my face, she stopped laughing and got serious.
"What?" Chris repeated.
"Nothing." Mallory knew I didn't want her to talk about my brother at all. "Uhwe have to get going now" Jen, Mallory, and I all said good bye and left the restaurant. When we got into Jen's car, I started crying and yelling at myself inside my head.
Why can't you get over him? What is your problem? Maybe your mom was rightmaybe you do need therapy get over it you have got to face ithe's gone.
